After recently moving to Los Angeles, I’ve had the privilege of associate producing and 2nd 2nd assistant directing RAPT, a short film and quarterfinalist for the Academy Nicholl Fellowship. I’ve been cast in films like Spirited with Will Ferrell, Ryan Reynolds, & Octavia Spencer, Salvation with Skeet Ulrich, Claire Forlani, Thomas Jane, Theo Rossi, & Devon Bostick, and AMC/Apple TV’s Kevin Can F*** Himself with Annie Murphy. As I continue to develop a screenplay based on the New York Times bestselling book about my life, Elle and Coach, I’m also developing two scripted series and a musical. After my Theater, Dance & Media senior thesis production: RECORDED LIVE! The Great American Family Jukebox Cabaret was recommended honors by Diane Paulus, the film was named an official selection for the Academy Award qualifying 2022 New Hampshire Film Festival.

A recent graduate from Harvard College with High Honors, I was one of the first 6 women cast in Harvard's Hasty Pudding Theatricals, the oldest theatrical organization in the United States. I also performed in productions with the American Repertory Theatre, Hyperion Shakespeare Company, Harvard-Radcliffe Dramatic Club, and the Harvard Pops Orchestra.

In 2014, I launched Type E Productions to demonstrate the power of art as a language and expression of advocacy. I was awarded a regional Emmy Award for work in a national PSA campaign about the importance of reporting child abuse. My co-production with two professional regional theaters to benefit medical research garnered the Global Achievement Award by Joslin Diabetes Center. A play that I wrote about the experience of living with type one diabetes was awarded the Playwright Discovery Award by the Kennedy Center and was performed at the Kennedy Center for the Arts.

I am dedicated to growing as an artist and have had the chance to learn under creatives like Howie Deutch, Michael Petted, Troy Ruptash and Presciliana Esparolini (The Deb Aquila Studio), Ryan Scott Oliver (Actor Therapy), Lee Brock and Seth Barrish (The Barrow Group), Jessica McRoberts and Tammy Sakurai (Steps on Broadway), Brandon O’Neal (Playground LA), Tim Rosser and more.

Creating and performing gave me the space to discover my power as a storyteller and as a young woman navigating this world. I am committed to becoming an even more dynamic and intelligent artist who can transform into any character. And I will keep using my power of storytelling to inform, motivate and inspire audiences. <3
